I like to surf Lowes.com for home improvement inspiration and ideas. The site is easy to navigate and visually appealing. My only complaint is that the product descriptions can be a bit ' vague. For example, I bought a couple of LED lights that are battery operated to accentuate the lighting in my living room. Based on the photos and the description seemed to be better built and higher quality to what I actually received. The batteries die within a few days even without the continuous use. Delivery from the site is fast and I have never received anything damaged in shipping. For most returns are easy when necessary. I love the site to store feature that allows me to pick up small objects to the store without paying for a shipping cost. The customer service was friendly and helpful , the few times that I needed to use it.
